A Wonderful Wedding!!

Last weekend we flew to the UK to attend the marraige of Mr & Mrs M.

It was a wonderful day connecting with family we don't see often enough and celebrating with the happy couple.

They are seriously a lovely loved up pair!!!

I captured this as they walked back down the aisle.

Those smiles stayed all day:)

Mrs M. looked stunning in her beautiful dress.

The bridesmaids did their job as she went outside for the photos.

As well as the older bridesmaids, she also had the delightful T & G.

After the service, we relaxed, chatted and grabbed a drink.

Soon it was time to sit down to eat. The tables were named after a theme specific to the couple with butterfly favours.

The food was scrummy - what is not to enjoy when roast beef and yorkshires are on the menu? Tim was especially happy with his favourite Creme Brulee for dessert.

Once the starter had been eaten, true to form, a certain person decided it was all too much and fell asleep. Seriously, this boy can sleep anywhere.

I got to eat and chat away freely for the rest of the meal:) He only woke up near the end of the speeches.

After that is was time for socialising, dancing and the fun photobooth!!

My dad can rock it out with the best of them.

The photo booth was a lot of fun. Serious thought went into which props to use.

Two copies of the pictures came out. One for us to keep and the other was stuck into their guest book where everyone wrote a message to the bride and groom. Such a great fun idea.

Fun fact: Out of a huge box full of crazy glasses both Nana and Tim picked out the same pair. We each went up at different times and only noticed when comparing photos.
