Before the snow arrived on Christmas day we wrapped up warm and headed out for a walk around the top of the mountain.
It is a nice 2 km circuit path, that gives enough fresh air in a short burst.
The views from there are also stunning.
Tae spent lots of time picking up and carrying ice / snow and Tim threw stones onto the frozen water.
They both including cousin I enjoyed breaking off the icicles.
We then headed down through the woodland area, because the pathway down was seriously slippery ice!!
I'm also impressed with the quality of photos on my new iPhone 6 - although the last picture was taken by Tim on his new iPhone using the scanner mode (which I dont know how to do yet:0
