Tim loves celebrating Halloween. He enjoys every part of it from choosing just the right pumpkin, emptying the guts to carving his own pattern.
Tae - not so much!!
Whilst Tim cut the lids off and empties the guts. Tae kept his distance. He even moved his stool to the edge of the kitchen to sit there to watch!!
Tim and I worked hard to clean out the guts and Tae supervised, with the odd breakout of playing at being a monster.
After a while he would sneak up to get a better look.
He even got brave and looked inside!
Since Tae didn't join in too much, we decided to give him a chance to decorate his own pumpkin with a marker pen.
He concentrated very hard.
Tae then insisted on taking my picture with the camera holding his pumpkin!!

I have had a very productive cooking session too. I made Pumpkin soup, pumpkin pie and roasted pumpkin seeds.
