What are two 10 year old boys going to get upto on a hot Sunday afternoon??
After a family sleepover at our friends house, Tim's friend O came back with us to spend the afternoon hanging out.
They had been on a cycle ride, played a little computer, helped with a little gardening and played fuzz football.
So water balloon catch was the obvious next activity:)
They had lots of fun flooding my downstairs bathroom whilst filling the balloons. They found a big plastic bucket to carry them outside and then the fun began.
I use the word catch loosely.
It began with catch, then moved onto throwing at a moving target and finished with basketball balloons - and yes one stood under the hoop to catch (or be hit:) !
So much laughter and joy from a cheap packet of balloons and water!
