Winter's First Snow
Well, snow finally arrived today. In fact it has not stopped falling;)
When the boys came home from school and barnehage, they were very happy to go straight in the garden for some fun.
It was going dark even though it was only 15.40 and was also quite cold!
They had to share Tim's snowboard sled as the rest have not been hauled out of the shed yet!
They had a blast.
They also decided to build a ramp for Tim to use.
Can't wait to dust off the skis next!

Tim's Pepperkake Fort 2011!
A few years ago Tig took over the Gingerbread house construction. It was at this point the bar was raised!
He had Tim design whatever building they were to make and then made a scaled version on the computer.
It takes quite a bit of cutting, baking and constructing, but they both love it:)
I am in charge of supervising the decoration - ie mixing the icing sugar and putting sweets in bowls;)
He loves his fort - gang planks and all!!
Tae's Pepperkake House 2011!
The house is filled with the smell of gingerbread!
Christmas music is playing.
Tig constructed Tae's house.
Then Tae had the important job of decorating:)
He was very excited and a little in awe.
He was very serious and concentrated the whole time:)
Once he finished, it was sweetie eating time.
He didn't eat a single sweet while he was making it, but loved licking the icing;) When it was finished he was very proud of himeself and certainly made up with sweetie eating.
(We also discovered he had sneaked and helped himself to some of Tim's sweetie supplies - a few of the bowls were looking rather empty;)

Cheeky Elf
Last night our Elf Ola was very cheeky. He sneaked into the boys room whilst they were sleeping and drew on their faces:0
Who knew the boys were such deep sleepers!
When they got up this morning, he was holding a note that said "Look in the mirror".
They thought it was very funny!!
Loving Elf on the Shelf!!
(Tim obviously moves around in his sleep as his nose and whiskers were nearly rubbed off;)
